Booking
The reservation is only effective upon receipt of 30% deposit of the total price. The final payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellation
• Within 21 days before arrival: full refund less 10% for bank charges;
• From 21 to 7 days before departure: refund of the 50% of the total price;
• 7 days before arrival or no-show: non-refundable.

Tourist tax
The municipality of Ostuni has established a daily tourist tax of € 1,00 per person (for a maximum of 5 days) from the 1st of April to the 30th of September.
This tax decreases of the 50% from the 1st of October to the 31 of December while it is not applied on January, February and March.
Children up to 12 years are exempt from paying this tax.
